• All service orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Service Delivery Time

• Digital Marketing Services:
  • Minimum Start Time: 3 business days
  • Maximum Start Time: 7 business days (from order confirmation)
• SaaS Solutions and Websites:
  • Minimum Delivery Time: 7 business days
  • Maximum Delivery Time: 30 business days (depending on the scope and complexity of the project)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the scope of work, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing and Invoicing

• Pricing for services will be clearly communicated during the ordering process and reflected in your invoice.
• Payments are required as per the terms agreed upon in the service contract.

4. Order Tracking and Updates

• For SaaS and website projects, regular updates will be shared via email or your designated project management platform.
• For digital marketing services, performance reports will be provided as per the agreed schedule.

5. Undelivered Services

• In case of delays due to insufficient client input or documentation, delivery timelines may be extended. Clients will be notified promptly in such cases.
• If services cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to MedPro Insights, a resolution or refund will be discussed based on the situation.

6. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances

• While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occur due to client-side dependencies, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will promptly notify you of any delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
