1. Free Trial for SWAS/SAAS Services

We offer a 7-day free trial for our software products (SWAS/SAAS), allowing clients to use and evaluate the software before committing to a paid subscription. During this trial period, you can freely access the software features to determine if our product meets your needs.

2. Subscription Plan

• Monthly Subscription: After the 7-day free trial, clients who wish to continue using our software services will need to purchase a monthly subscription plan.
• Billing Cycle: The subscription is billed monthly on the date of purchase. This billing cycle will recur every month unless canceled.
• No Contracts: Our subscription plan does not require a long-term contract. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

3. Cancellation Policy

• For SWAS/SAAS Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the software until the end of the current billing cycle. After the billing cycle ends, access to the software will be discontinued, and you will not be billed for subsequent months.
• For Digital Marketing and Market Research Services: Once payment is made and services are rendered, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

• SWAS/SAAS Subscription: Due to the 7-day free trial, we do not offer refunds for the monthly subscription fee once the subscription has been purchased.
• Digital Marketing and Market Research Services: Payments made for digital marketing and market research services are non-refundable. Once the payment is completed, it cannot be refunded, as these services involve dedicated time, resources, and effort specifically for the client.
